Ritu Anchal

I possess over twenty one years educational experience spanning classes Nur.- XII with a specific concentration in literacy development, early enrichment opportunities for children and motivational workshops for teachers.  My most recent administrative experience has been shaped by more than six years of successful leadership as a Principal (Nur. - XII), four years as a Principal in Don and Donna Convent, Shahjahanpur U.P., nine years as a Vice Principal in St. Kabir’s Residential and Day Boarding School, Hisar, Haryana and two years as a Mathematics Teacher in Khalsa Montessori Senior Secondary School, Bulandshehar (U.P.). I am elated to bring My skills as an educational leader and to work with parents as a partner in education to ensure their child’s success.

Along with staff, I work hard to continue the legacy of success established at BKSSPS by building strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and community partners.  I focus on character education initiatives, 21st Century skills, fostering a nurturing safe environment for children, use of data to inform instruction, consistent implementation of newly adopted direct instruction strategies to increase students’ achievement, and providing exciting and challenging enrichment opportunities for all students.

I anticipate a most successful year as my team and I support the academic, social, and emotional growth of a child.

During the course of the year, I work together to provide the students the best possible opportunities in preparing them to be world class citizens ready to master the challenges of the 21st Century with a solid foundation created at.  As Principal, my doors are always open and I welcome your precious input.
